Our minimum production order is 1 kg. That lets you launch a limited SKU, a trial run or a private-label pilot without committing to drum quantities — and scale up on the same formula once volume grows. Evaluation samples are supplied separately for R&D trials.
How does the sample request process work?+
Send us the application, flavour profile, preferred format and estimated annual volume — you can request several samples in one submission. We match against the Delsa library or brief our flavourists, then ship from our Edmonton office with dosage guidance and specification documentation included.
Do you support projects in French and other languages?+
Yes. We offer dedicated multilingual customer support, with English and French technical documentation, ingredient declarations and formulation discussions — useful for Quebec labelling requirements and for export programs.
