PG- and VG-soluble flavour concentrates for the Canadian e-liquid and vape manufacturing market — fruit, menthol, tobacco, dessert and beverage profiles, with regulatory documentation aligned to Health Canada's Vaping Products Reporting Regulations.
The same raspberry profile behaves very differently in a clear sparkling water, a high-protein shake and a baked cereal bar. Sector is not a marketing label for us — it sets solubility, dosage, the carrier system and how much of the top note has to be protected before the product reaches the shelf.
Beverages need water-soluble or emulsified systems that stay clear and stable at low pH, often through hot-fill or UHT. High-protein and plant-based drinks add a masking job on top of the profile itself.
Bakery and confectionery need bake-stable vanilla, chocolate, fruit and nut systems that survive oven time without turning flat, usually dosed as a powder or a heat-resistant liquid.
Dairy and frozen desserts work with cream, butter and fruit profiles chosen for fat content and for pasteurisation or UHT, where fat carries and rounds the flavour differently than water does.
Savoury covers sauces, meat, snacks and ready meals — reaction flavours, smoke, herb and umami systems that hold up through retort and long shelf life.
Vape and e-liquid requires PG/VG-soluble profiles with documentation aligned to Health Canada's vaping product rules, and animal nutrition works on intake rather than consumer taste, using high-impact palatants applied topically or in-mix.
Whichever sector you're in, production starts at a 5 kg minimum, samples ship from our Edmonton office with full specification documentation, and support is available in English and French. Delsa has been developing flavours from Spain for 30 years, so the library your project draws on is already deep before any custom work begins.
