Prebiotic sodas (Olipop, Poppi-style), kefir and water-kefir, lacto-fermented sodas, apple-cider vinegar (ACV) shots, postbiotic functional drinks and fibre-fortified waters are the fastest-growing beverage subcategory in Canadian grocery and natural-channel retail.
