Alcoholic Beverage Flavours for Canadian Brands

Natural and nature-identical flavours for RTD cocktails, hard seltzers, ciders, flavoured beers, spirits, liqueurs and wine-based beverages — alcohol-stable systems formulated for Canadian production runs and provincial liquor-board specs.

Categories we flavour

Hard seltzers (citrus, berry, tropical, botanical), RTD cocktails (margarita, mojito, palomas, paloma, vodka soda), flavoured malt beverages, flavoured beers (fruit, coffee, vanilla, sour), ciders (apple, pear, berry, dry-hopped), spirits (vodka, gin, rum, whisky character), liqueurs (cream, coffee, nut, fruit) and wine-based beverages (sangria, spritz, low-ABV).

Each profile is delivered in a carrier matched to your alcohol load — ethanol-soluble naturals for spirits and high-ABV RTDs, water/ethanol blends for seltzers (4–7% ABV), and propylene-glycol-free naturals where provincial liquor boards require it.

Alcohol-stable formulation

Ethanol changes everything. It dissolves aroma chemicals differently than water, accelerates oxidation of fragile top notes (especially citrus aldehydes), and shifts the perceived intensity and character of a profile from day one to month twelve. We pre-screen each profile at your finished ABV (typically 4.5%, 7%, 12% or 40%) and adjust top-note loading, aldehyde protection and emulsifier choice so the bottle on shelf at month nine tastes like the development sample.

For clear products (vodka sodas, clear seltzers) we use drop-clear naturals with no haze or ring formation at refrigerated storage. For cream liqueurs we supply oil-soluble vanilla, coffee and nut systems that stay homogeneous in dairy/alcohol emulsions.

Canadian regulatory and provincial liquor boards

Alcoholic beverages in Canada are regulated by the Food and Drug Regulations, the Safe Food for Canadians Regulations and provincial liquor boards (LCBO, SAQ, BCLDB, AGLC and others). Each board has its own ingredient acceptance, dosage and labelling rules — for example SAQ requires bilingual French/English labels and accepts a narrower carrier list than LCBO.

We supply CFIA-compliant natural flavours, provide allergen and GMO declarations, ethanol/water/propylene-glycol breakdowns, and Hazardous Products Regulations safety data — everything your QA and legal team needs for provincial listings and federal excise reporting.

Trending profiles for the Canadian RTD shelf

Top movers we're shipping into Canadian RTD launches in 2025–2026: yuzu, blood orange and pink grapefruit (citrus refresh), prickly pear, guava and lychee (tropical premium), cucumber, basil and elderflower (botanical/garden), watermelon, peach and strawberry (classic fruit), espresso martini and vanilla-cola (cocktail nostalgia), and salted caramel and tiramisu (dessert cream liqueurs).

We can also build house-signature profiles — a proprietary spritz, a regional cider blend, a craft-distillery botanical — backed by Canadian sample stock and Spanish R&D capacity for full custom development.
