Flavour partner for Alberta brands
Alberta is home to our Canadian office and the broadest local sector mix we serve: ready-to-drink beverages, energy drinks, craft soda and sparkling water makers in Calgary and Edmonton; a thriving bakery and confectionery scene; growing dairy and plant-based alternatives processors; and a notable vape and e-liquid manufacturing base.
Being Alberta-based means our Alberta clients get the fastest turnaround in the country — on-site benchwork, in-person tasting sessions, and same-week sample iteration. We also work closely with Alberta-based co-packers and contract manufacturers who white-label finished beverages and sauces for brands across Canada and the US.
Sectors we serve in Alberta
Calgary and Edmonton's craft soda, energy drink, RTD cocktail and functional-beverage scene is the most dynamic in Western Canada — we support it with same-week samples.
Alberta hosts major contract bakery and snack manufacturers serving Western Canadian and US retailers with Delsa flavour systems.
Dairy and plant-based dairy processors in Edmonton, Calgary and Red Deer use our cream, vanilla and fruit profiles for yogurts, ice cream and beverages.
Alberta's e-liquid manufacturers benefit from our Edmonton-based technical team for fast flavour-matching and benchwork iteration.
Savoury, sauce and condiment co-packers across Alberta use Delsa natural seasoning for white-label programs shipping across North America.
Southern Alberta's livestock and feedlot corridor depends on palatable, natural flavour-enhanced feed systems from Delsa.
Alberta pet-food and treat manufacturers work with our palatants to improve acceptance in premium kibble, wet food and chews.
Alberta plant-based brands — oat, almond and soy milks, alt-meat, vegan cheese and protein drinks — use our masking and dairy-analogue systems to neutralise pea/soy off-notes and deliver familiar profiles.

Frequently asked questions
Do you ship flavours directly to Alberta?
Yes. Same-day or next-day samples within Edmonton and Calgary corridors. Our Edmonton office is the Delsa Canadian HQ — for Alberta brands, you're working with us face-to-face. All shipments include MSDS, CofA, allergen and kosher/halal documentation as required, with CAD pricing and Canadian-format invoicing.
Are your flavours CFIA-compliant for Canadian labelling?
Yes. All natural flavours meet the CFIA's natural flavour definition under the Food and Drug Regulations (Division 10) and qualify for 'natural flavour' or 'arôme naturel' declarations on Canadian ingredient lists. Bilingual technical documentation is standard.
What's your minimum order quantity?
We supply samples free for evaluation. Production MOQs start at 1 kg for most natural flavours, with price breaks at 5 kg, 25 kg and pallet quantities. We support both craft-scale and high-volume programs.
