Flavour partner for Nunavut brands
Nunavut's food industry is anchored in fisheries (Arctic char, turbot, shrimp) and traditional country foods, with growing community-scale value-added processing. We support Nunavut producers with natural flavour and seasoning systems that respect traditional taste profiles while meeting CFIA labelling requirements.
Working with Delsa Canada means a single Canadian contact for documentation, customs and freight — important for territories where logistics complexity often exceeds the cost of the ingredient itself.
Sectors we serve in Nunavut
Nunavut fisheries and community processors use natural flavour and seasoning systems that respect traditional profiles while meeting CFIA labelling.
Nunavut beverage brands — soft drinks, sparkling water, energy, RTD coffee and tea, kombucha and functional drinks — work with our Canadian team on water-soluble naturals, pH- and heat-stable systems, and CFIA-aligned declarations.
Nunavut bakery, cereal and confectionery manufacturers source bake-stable vanilla, chocolate, fruit and nut systems — full IFRA, allergen and kosher/halal documentation supplied locally.
Nunavut dairy and frozen-dessert processors use our cream, butter, vanilla and fruit profiles for yogurt, ice cream, milk-based drinks and drinkable yogurts, with UHT- and pasteurisation-stable formats.
Nunavut plant-based brands — oat, almond and soy milks, alt-meat, vegan cheese and protein drinks — use our masking and dairy-analogue systems to neutralise pea/soy off-notes and deliver familiar profiles.
Nunavut e-liquid manufacturers source PG/VG-soluble fruit, menthol, tobacco and dessert profiles — with regulatory documentation aligned to Health Canada's vaping product rules.
Nunavut feed mills and premixers use our high-impact dairy, vanilla, fruit and savoury palatants to drive intake in starter, grower and finisher rations across livestock and aquafeed.
Nunavut pet food and treat manufacturers source meat, poultry, fish and dairy palatants compatible with kibble, wet, freeze-dried and treat formats — both topical and in-mix application.

Frequently asked questions
Do you ship flavours directly to Nunavut?
Yes. 1-10 business days for samples to Iqaluit and Nunavut hubs via air-freight from Ottawa or Edmonton. We work with Nunavut customers on consolidated, scheduled shipments to manage cost. All shipments include MSDS, CofA, allergen and kosher/halal documentation as required, with CAD pricing and Canadian-format invoicing.
Are your flavours CFIA-compliant for Canadian labelling?
Yes. All natural flavours meet the CFIA's natural flavour definition under the Food and Drug Regulations (Division 10) and qualify for 'natural flavour' or 'arôme naturel' declarations on Canadian ingredient lists. Bilingual technical documentation is standard.
What's your minimum order quantity?
We supply samples free for evaluation. Production MOQs start at 1 kg for most natural flavours, with price breaks at 5 kg, 25 kg and pallet quantities. We support both craft-scale and high-volume programs.
